Fair Work First Policy Statement
Our organisation is committed to Fair Work First. While we currently rely on a volunteer-led model, we uphold the principles of fair treatment, opportunity, and voice.

We ensure our volunteer counsellors are respected, supported, and regularly supervised by a professional team. All volunteers receive induction, safeguarding training, and access to reflective practice.

Where we engage sessional staff, we commit to paying at least the Real Living Wage and ensure contracts include fair terms.

Volunteers and staff are encouraged to participate in decision-making through quarterly forums and anonymous feedback mechanisms, embodying the principle of Effective Voice.
